You can make your mark on the new Vision Institute at the UPMC Mercy Pavilion – literally. A LED display will feature donor recognition with different tiers of giving.
All donors who have given over $10,000 to the New Horizons for Care campaign will be honored on a beautiful donor wall display which will be in the Vision Institute when the new UPMC Mercy Pavilion opens in April 2023. Cumulative donations since the 2016 fiscal year are considered, with the largest amounts corresponding to larger text on the wall. The deadline for donations for this wall is February 1, 2023. The Eye & Ear Foundation will also be installing a duplicate donor wall in the Eye & Ear Institute in Oakland.
“We have wanted to find a way to recognize as many donors as possible in the two buildings where most of the work supported by EEF takes place,” EEF CEO Lawton Snyder said. “We are trying to complete an $80 million campaign, so we owe it to our many donors who have made this possible to give them long lasting public recognition.”
